Nature of Service
Nomad Sync is currently in Beta. We strive for high accuracy when parsing travel bookings from your forwarded emails, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of extracted data (including flight times, dates, or other details). Always confirm critical travel information with your airline, hotel, or other provider.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for verifying flight times, hotel dates, and any other booking details with the original provider (airline, hotel, car rental, etc.). Nomad Sync is a convenience tool to organize your itinerary — it is not a substitute for checking your confirmation with the source.
Prohibited Use
You may not use the service to process emails you do not have the right to access or forward. You must only forward your own travel-related emails. Use of the service for scraping, bulk processing of third-party data, or any unlawful or abusive purpose is prohibited.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the forwarding system, attempt to scrape or overload the service, or otherwise violate these terms. We may also discontinue or modify the Beta service with reasonable notice where possible.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland.
By using Nomad Sync, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
